This privacy policy applies to the Sophia app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Helyo (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
Registration is not required to use the Application.
The Application stores preferences such as your language, selected topics, appearance, reminder settings, onboarding status, and liked life hacks locally on your device. This information is used to personalize your experience.
The Application connects to the Service Provider's servers to load life hacks and topics. These requests may include your selected language, topic identifiers, and an anonymous purchase identifier used to confirm Premium access. Like most online services, the server may also receive standard technical request information such as your IP address, device type, and request time for security, reliability, and diagnostics.
If you make a purchase, the Apple App Store or Google Play processes the payment. RevenueCat helps the Application manage purchase status and may process an anonymous app user identifier, purchase history, subscription status, and related device or app information. The Service Provider does not receive your full payment card details.
Daily reminders are scheduled through your device's notification system. Your chosen reminder time is stored on your device.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
The Application relies on service providers only where needed to operate its features and purchases. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies:

What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop use of the Application by uninstalling it. Uninstalling removes information stored locally by the Application. Purchase records are managed by your app store and RevenueCat according to their respective policies.
Children
The Application is not used to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's use of the Application. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal information through the Application or Services, please contact the Service Provider at contact.helyo@gmail.com so that appropriate action can be taken.
Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information handled by the Service. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to their Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
